In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 30 min. After those 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

There are different types of earrings:
- The single or mono earring: it is sold as 1 piece, not as a pair. If you want to create a pair, order this earring in 2 quantities or mix it with another BABYBEI earring.
- The ear cuff or sliding earring: it does not require your ear to be pierced and you can adjust it on your ear.
- The asymmetric earrings: the 2 earrings creating the pair don't have the same design.
- The hoop earring: these earrings are in a hoop design.
- The under lobe earring: it is composed by 2 parts. The under lobe part can be placed behind your lobe while being visible, or it can be removed to wear the other part alone, as a stud.

The necklace is made of a chain and a pendant already assembled, the chain cannot be removed. So the pendant can not be purchased individually.

Our products are made of 925 silver. It is anti-tarnishing and anti-allergenic.

Stones used are cubic zirconia, shell pearls, mother-of-pearl and freshwater pearls. Components vary from one product to another.

None of our products contain nickel or other unsuitable materials.

All BABYBEI jewelry is crafted from Sterling Silver. Fine Silver is generally too soft for producing luxury jewelry and so it is alloyed with other metals to ensure all of our pieces are both long lasting and just as beautiful.

Silver is a very stable element, however the metals it is alloyed with can react to their surroundings creating a tarnish. This occurs particularly when the piece is exposed to water, chemicals, high temperatures or humidity.

To keep your jewelry looking its best please follow our care instructions.

If your jewelry does become tarnished you can return your piece to us and we will repair this FOR FREE under our 1-Year Warranty. If you are outside of the warranty we are still able to offer you our Lifetime Repair Service for your jewelry, for a fee.

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address.
