WEARING PRECAUTIONS
- To help protect the durability and high quality of your jewelry and hair accessories, remove them when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.
- All of our cubic zirconia, shell pearls, mother-of-pearl, freshwater pearls and other stones can be vulnerable to dirt absorption and chipping. Settings may also become loose over time.
- Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewelry and hair accessories.
- Keep your jewelry and hair accessories away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry and hair accessories when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
DAILY STORAGE
- We recommend that you store your jewelry in the jewelry sealing bag provided. After daily wear, clean the jewelry by using a soft cloth, and store it in jewelry sealing bag to effectively isolate the moisture and sulfides in the air from corroding the jewelry. Ideally store your pieces of jewelry separately, so that they don't rub together or become tangled.

We recommend that you place your hair accessories in the provided organza bag for storage. After daily wearing, put them back into the organza bag in a timely manner to prevent dust from accumulating and the hair accessories from deforming.
CLEANING METALS
- To keep your jewelry looking radiant and to remove the buildup of dirt and premature tarnish, we recommend using a soft cloth (e.g., an eyeglass cloth). When cleaning, move the cloth in one direction rather than making circular motions.
- Cleaners or silver polishing cloths cannot be used because of the presence of a plating layer on jewelry. They can damage the plating layer and cause the jewelry to oxidize.
- Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
PEARLESENT CARE
- Clean your pearls and mother-of-pearl with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
- From the date of receipt, the jewelry and hair accessories you purchased are eligible for 12-month and 3-month free repair services respectively. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items to the repair center. In the event that the product is either past its warranty period or not covered by the warranty, the costs of repair materials and labor will be assessed based on the actual situation. Moreover, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for the repair.

The warranty does not cover the following: loss or detachment of gemstones, or chipping and cracking of gemstones; quality problems resulting from human-related factors such as deformation, breakage, scratching, or wear and tear of the main product body; modification of size; damages caused by improper packaging or logistics-related issues during the return process; and damages to accessories and complimentary items.
