PURCHASING ONLINE
You may discover the new collection on our homepage. On the JEWELRY page, you can apply filters on the metal, stone, category and style. You can also go to the COLLECTIONS page to see the products. When you have chosen the pieces you would like to purchase, select your size (if needed) and quantity, and add to cart.
Click on the icon on the top right-hand corner, and click on "Create Account" with your email address.
In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 30 min. After those 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.
It can happen that a product is out of stock. If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, you can reach us through our chat at the bottom right corner of our online store and one of our advisors will assist you in the process.
All items are shipped in BABYBEI signature packaging.
PRODUCT INFORMATIONS
BABYBEI products available for purchase online include necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, brooches, hair accessories, and more.
BABYBEI offers earrings for those without pierced ears. You can choose from ear cuffs and ear clips.
Most of the necklaces and bracelets from BABYBEI can have their lengths adjusted. You can adjust the chain length by using the little golden or silver ball on the chain.

The necklace is made of a chain and a pendant already assembled, the chain cannot be removed. So the pendant can not be purchased individually.
PAYMENTS ISSUES
babybei.com accepts the following types of payment for online purchases: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When selecting PayPal as a method of payment at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then be redirected to babybei.com
Our customers' privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All submitted personal and payment information are encrypted for your security.
A security code is made of 3 or 4 digits. This code is used to secure sales transactions made online. For American Express credit cards: the 4-digit code is printed on the front of your card, to the right of your main credit card number. For all other credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay…): the 3 or 4-digit code is printed on the back of your credit card, in the signature box.
All the prices displayed online on babybei.com are tax inclusive.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
BABYBEI is using Yun Express and USPS to deliver orders. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday.
The delivery time frame depends on the product ordered. For non-personalizable products, you will receive your order in 7-10 days.
Free shipping on any order above 80 USD. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be 8 USD.
BABYBEI will send you an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order HERE.
If you log in online to your BABYBEI Account, you may also follow your delivery by selecting My Account, and click on My Orders.
If you order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to modify your delivery address.
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address.
You will need to contact Yun Express or USPS directly in your country. Our customer service will try our best to assist you.
Please note that Yun Express or USPS may charge a fee for a change of address within the same country once an order is dispatched. It will not accept any change of address in a different country.
BABYBEI will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.
We are sending the readily available products in priority. It is therefore possible that your order may be shipped in several times.
In this case, we will send you an email confirming the products sent.
