Important Information: due to the saturation of the delivery services during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas’ time and other special promotion days, some orders might suffer from a light delay to be delivered. If your parcel has not been delivered on time, please contact us.
Nowadays, we ship to United States, Denmark, Canada, Austria, Germany, Italy, Norway, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, France, Poland, Thailand, Australia, Sweden, Finland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, South Korea, Malaysia, Switzerland, China Mainland/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan. We will gradually expand our shipping and delivery services to more countries and regions.
We are using Yun Express to deliver orders. Order are delivered from Monday to Friday. The delivery time frame depends on the product ordered.
For non-personalizable products:You will receive your order in 7-10 days.
Free shipping on any order above 80 USD. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be 8 USD.
CHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we support returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package. For returns or exchanges that are not due to product quality issues, the shipping fees, customs duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item/s must be in their original packaging, unaltered, and in a re-sellable conditions (no scratches, deformations, missing stones or pearls, etc.). Any returns after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

If you choose to return your jewelry with a tracking number, please notify us by email at service@babybei.com
We will process your request within 5 business days after receiving your jewelry.
After received your products, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.
If your order has been lost in transit, we won’t be able to process your return request without sufficient proof of postage.
Please note that any and all postage costs are non-refundable.
