Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if Client breach any such laws.

The estimated delivery date of the products will be within 8-10 days after the date of dispatch, and for customized products will be up to 30-40 days after the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and the Client’s delivery address.

Delivery times, are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The product(s) may be delivered to Client in multiple deliveries and at different times. There may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to Client for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

In certain circumstances beyond our control and for which we are not responsible, our delivery partner may either leave the client's package outside or offer the client optional services during the delivery of your order. These services include: (a) Signature Release: choosing to waive the requirement for a signature upon delivery. (b) Leave with Neighbor, Reception, or Security: redirecting the delivery to a neighbor, reception desk, or security personnel. (c) Reschedule Delivery Date: selecting a delivery date that best suits the client. (d) Redirect to a Collection Point: arranging for the client to collect the package from a nearby collection point. If our delivery partner leaves your package outside or if the client selects any of these optional services (including through any default preferences the client may have set separately with our delivery partner), the client acknowledges and agrees that BABYBEI shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may arise from such delivery methods.

Free shipping on any order above 80 USD. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be 8 USD.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we support returns within 7 days of receiving your package. Any returns after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund. For returns that are not due to product quality issues, the shipping fees, customs duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

To qualify for a refund, the item/s must be in their original packaging, remain unused, show no signs of wear, and be in a re-sellable condition.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free returns at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.

If your order has been lost in transit, we won’t be able to process your return request without sufficient proof of postage.

Please note that all postage fees are non-refundable for returns.
