This necklace is handcrafted using rhodium plated on sterling silver. It is beaded with a baroque fresh water pearl and carnelian beads.

Nowadays, BABYBEI can only deliver to the United States, Denmark, Canada, Austria, Germany, Italy, Norway, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, France, Poland, Thailand, Australia, Sweden, Finland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, South Korea, Malaysia, Switzerland, China Mainland/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if Client breach any such laws.

The estimated delivery date of the products will be within 8-10 days after the date of dispatch, and for customized products will be up to 30-40 days after the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and the Client’s delivery address. Delivery times, are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The product(s) may be delivered to Client in multiple deliveries and at different times. There may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to Client for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

In certain circumstances, out of our responsibility and control, our delivery partner may leave the Client’s package outside or provide Client with optional services when delivering Your order, such as: (a) signature release: opting out of the requirement to provide a signature on delivery; (b) leave with neighbor, reception or security: re-directing the delivery to a neighbor, reception or security; (c) reschedule a new delivery date: selecting a delivery date that best suits Client; (d) re-directing to a collection point: collecting Your package from a collection point nearby. If our delivery partner leaves Your package outside, or if Client select any of the optional services (including through any default preferences Client may have selected with our delivery partner separately) Client acknowledge and agree that BABYBEI shall bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering Your order in that way.

CHANGE AND RETURN

Welcome to the official BABYBEI online store. We hope you have a perfect shopping experience in our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we support returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package. For returns or exchanges that are not due to product quality issues, the shipping fees, customs duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item/s must be in their original packaging, unaltered, and in a re-sellable conditions (no scratches, deformations, missing stones or pearls, etc.). Any returns after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.

If your order has been lost in transit, we won’t be able to process your return request without sufficient proof of postage.
